Is it safe to put glass in the freezer?

Is it okay to put glass in the freezer? I want to make some parfaits in my glass of champagne glass. Can I put in the freezer, once made until serving within the next week? I also realize that there is lead in the glass and food should not be put into the glass until ready to serve … but also wonder if the freezing point for a short period while denying the problem.

Freezing will not be a problem just be careful how warm it may crack or break.
