Veggie Fruit Sandwich

1 c. shredded apple
1 c. shredded carrots
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. raisins
4 T. sliced green onions
4 T. Miracle Whip salad dressing
4 T. butter
16 slices raisin bread

Combine apple, carrots, cheddar cheese, raisins and green onions. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. Spread fruit and veggies mixture on 8 slices of bread and top with other. Trim off the crust and cut into triangles.
