To celebrate her fifth anniversary in the tearoom business, Propertriess Lady Patricia Shell, published the cookbook “Teatime Friendships at Patricia’s,” which tells of the many guest that have frequented the tearoom, the experiences of Lady Patricia and the “Care Team” in the day-to-day operation of the facility, and shares many of the 200 of the recipes that were served in the Dodd Room the first five years of business.
