Pineapple & Cream Salad

Another of those quick, great, open cans, packages and cartons, mix and ready to serve. We use this as one of our many great "Salad Medly" selections.

3 lg. can pineapple chunks, drained
2 8 oz. ct. sour cream
4 T. apricot preserves
3/4 c. coconut
6 T. chopped pecans

Drain pineapple. Mix with sour cream, preserves and coconum. Sprinkle with pecans after putting into serving bowl.
