Ada's Corn Salad

I can whole kernel corn, drained
1 lg. tomato, diced
1 med. Cucumber, peeled and diced
1 onion, finely chopped
1 T. Miracle Whip salad dressing
salt and pepper to taste

Water down the salad dressing with a little milk. Combine all of the other ingredients. Chill before serving.

Recipe Note: This is a recipe that we serve on the Salad Medley Plate in the summer months. It is very easy, very colorful and very tasty. This recipe was given to me by Ada McGowan, a dear friend who no longer lives in Dexter, but will always be a Dexter citizen. Every time I mix this salad I think of Ada.
