Refreshing Chilled Water

2 c. sliced lemons
2 c. fresh mint leaves
2 gal fresh water
lots of ice

In one gallon of water add 2 c. lemon slices and lots of ice. In another gallon of water add 2 c. fresh mint leaves with lots of ice. Pour into large pretty drinking glasses.

Recipe Note: There is nothing more refreshing when active outside in the warm weather than to enjoy a tall cool glass of lemon water or mint water. Both are very healthy for you.
